The dtic, together with the ILO, Government of Flanders and the Industrial Development Corporation invite you to attend a webinar on the Social and Solidarity Economy in South Africa.
The discussion follows the work that has been done in developing a policy for the Social and Solidarity Economy in South Africa.
This webinar discusses the results of the research commissioned into the social and solidarity economy in South Africa.
It presents the results of a national study, with respondents from ditsricts that plot across the multi-dimensional poverty index.
It identifies sectors of work, income levels, organisational size levels of contracting and other organisational characteristics of the SSE in South Africa.
Based on the results it models the enabled eco-system for the SSE in South Africa.
